I love anything that has salmon, tuna, tempura shrimp, or crab... so I love a lot of different rolls.
The only things I haven't been a big fan of maki with fruit in, or on it.
But yeah, most all of it's good

For me it's not so much what's in it or on it as much as it is how well the rice has been cooked and prepared, and how fresh the ingredients are.

There was a sushi place near my old apartment that did amazing dragon rolls - they had cucumber, unagi, and avocado inside, which is pretty standard, but then they'd batter the whole roll in tempura, fry it and serve it warm with sweet unagi sauce. It was absolutely delicious. And it entirely defeated the healthful nature of sushi.

The Lucky roll, Temptation roll, Crunch n' Munch crab roll, Derby roll, are all of my favorites! I'm a sushi addict. I only indulge in cooked rolls anymore.

I'm a bit leery of how fresh the fish is in certain places around here, so I mostly stick to rolls with cooked crabmeat or vegetarian rolls.

Yikes! There's a lot of different types of sushi out there. I tried it for the first time on Valentine's day and HATED it! Ick-o!

This isn't a Western maki, but I love ume shiso roll. For Western stuff, dragon roll is great.

I love most sushi! My favorite one to go out and get is probably a philly roll or a dragon roll. When I make rolls at home I love cooking salmon skin until its crispy and putting it in a roll with scallions, bonito flakes and cream cheese. Yum.

I just love sushi!!! Although, not a fan of eel.

And any sushi roll with avocado is just yummy!!!
