Hi all,

I am sorry to have to do this, but this month's Eden Cooks meeting will be combined with August's. Forty minute buns are one of the most handy recipies to throw together a complete meal on short notice. Unfortunately, I'm without an oven right now.

But the good news is that you need bread to go with your Cajun White Beans at August's meeting, so everything will work out in the end

I meant to say thank you for the kefir cooking event. I have some in my fridge right now. I found some freeze dried one and have been using that. It's awesome stuff! Thank you...

and for the pancake I made a homemade chai spice mix pancake with white chocolate ganache and topped with a cranberry walnut compote.
