My younger sister and I are super into using chocolate/candy moulds, but that's really it so far. And sometimes I make truffles!

I have gotten pretty good at making fudge lately. I might make a batch for the holidays. One thing I haven't made in years is potato candy. Sounds odd but it is delicious. You boil a small potato and let it cool, then peel it and mash it up with lots and lots of powdered sugar. The potato adds moisture and starch and turns the sugar into a dough. When the dough is thick enough, you roll it out thin and spread it with peanut butter and roll it up, then slice it into little pieces. It's wonderful. I used nutella once, and that was great too.

I wouldn't even know where to start. For me, seems a ton easier to buy!

I make a lot of chocolates - creme filled, peanut butter cups, chocolate covered cherries - you name it

I am this year. Carmel, fudge, chocolate covered pretzel rods, peppermints, and turtles will be on the menu since my daughter is off at college and she is missing the Mommy. Cookies too i.e. Difuku Maki and chocolate chip.
