I like using turkey to replace fattier meats like ground beef and bacon. I'm not a fan of the oven roasted turkey at Thanksgiving dinner. I don't like the taste of it, but if it's imitating something else I'll eat it.

Other - I like it some ways. I hate the turkey you get from the deli meat section that goes on sandwiches. I don't like deli meat in general. I do like turkey at Thanksgiving.

I'm also very excited to get a turkey leg at the renaissance fair today.
