I answered yes because you don't have a "sorta." I only like it if the hollandaise sauce is super fresh and hand made with a great recipe!

I looove Eggs Benedict. When I was little, whenever we went out to eat for breakfast, I'd always get that if the restaurant had it. If they didn't, I always made sure to at least get my eggs poached.
