I love grilled asparagus, I don't care for it cooked any other way. But grilled with some olive oil, steak seasoning and a squeeze of lemon juice is delicious!

I absolutely love it. Every time I eat it, I think of that passage from Garcia Marquez: "But first he enjoyed the immediate pleasure of smelling a secret garden in his urine that had been purified by lukewarm asparagus." Apparently not everyone can smell the asparagus scent in their urine--it's a unique genetic trait in about 25-30% of the population.

I love it!! It adds a great flavor to many pastas and salads as well as being delicious on its own.

LOVE IT! Buy it whenever I can afford it or it goes on sale. I especially love roasting it in the oven with a little EVOO, salt, fresh cracked pepper, and pine nuts. So yummy!

I like Asparagus, I usually cook it in a quick stir-fry with a bit of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil (optional).
