Do you like them? Did you grow up with them? Have you ever had them? What's your favorite kind of gravy or biscuits? I like white gravy that's chunky with sausage, and buttermilk biscuits! Vegan mushroom gravy's pretty good, too, as long as you get the roux right in the beginning!

Biscuits and gravy = the best. There's a place in my home town that specializes in the dish and makes really good fried chicken to go along with the biscuits.

really excellent, especially when it's homemade. I like to make a version with beef and TONS of mushrooms, and eat it as a dinner.

Mmm. Biscuits and gravy. I was introduced to them by my husband, who's from the midwest. I wasn't interested at first, but then...nom. We do homemade biscuits with homemade sausage gravy, of course.

The first time I had biscuits and gravy was at the chow hall on base when I was active duty army stationed in Alabama. It was so damn good I went back for seconds!

I love biscuits and gravy. I didn't grow up with them - a friend suggested I try them at a restaurant when I was 19, and I've loved them ever since. Buttermilk biscuits and chunky sage sausage gravy... mmmm
