Yup!! I make banana nut pancakes. I use kinda old bananas so the pancakes are a touch darker but sweet. I serve them with sweet butter. For the nuts, I warm maple syrup in a pan slowly with walnuts or pecans to draw out the flavor and oils. Pretty yummy. Also make them as waffles. I make them in the night. In the morning, you pop them in toaster and they taste even better!

I have never had pancakes with Banana in them, but I have had pancakes and waffles with sliced bananas on them. When I was a kid, one of my favorite foods was waffles with peanut butter and bananas. My grandma used to always make them for me.
