If yes, how do you change your cooking to accommodate.
Are you lactose intolerant?

I'm only allergic to milk, small amounts of other dairy products are all right with me, so I don't really have to change my cooking habits.

I'm very lactose intolerant like a lot of my relatives. My doctor told me it isn't uncommon for African Americans to be lactose intolerant. I rarely indulge in eating dairy products because it's not worth all the complications I have afterwards. I have IBS and a rare pancreas disorder that pretty much polices everything I eat. I have to be very careful about what I put in my body these days, so I pretty much just avoid dairy products right now.

Nope, but I've been trying to cut back on it because it's not terribly healthy. Too much saturated fat and cholesterol.

I'm lactose intolerant. I take a probiotic so that when I do indulge it's not a big deal. Unless it's a special occasion though, I usually just avoid dairy. There are lots of alternatives, and not just soy. (I actually despise most soy cheeses and ice creams). There are a lot of delicious products made of tapioca or with coconut milk, so I really don't feel much of a loss when I avoid dairy.

Nope. And I'm glad. I use dairy products soooo much. And I love drinking milk. It would be difficult to change my diet.
