This club isn't up and running yet (still ironing out the last few details).
What can you do in the mean time? I have a couple of assignments for you.
-Follow our gallery on tumblr: Eden Arts and Crafts Club Gallery
-Get some good pictures of things you've done in the past. Upload them to a Flikr or Photobucket account if you haven't already.
-Message me with a mini-bio. Things to include would be what type of arts and crafts you do, links to your gallery accounts, etsy shops, or anything else. I'll be using these to keep track of who does what.
Homework Assignment
Let's kick start our creativity by taking a few artistic pictures of our favorite toy(s). Instead of treating the toy like a toy, treat it like a piece of art. Be creative with your subject matter, props, lighting, etc. You can share what you've done in this thread, and why not upload it to the product pages while you're at it?
Helpful Tips:
-Make sure you have good lighting. Often times, this is what will make or break your photo. Try to make use of lamps and sunlight.
-You can find a great, free photo editor here. Editing your images for contrast, saturation, etc. is encouraged!
