This probably goes against everything this post is stands for, but Alice Xhang is probably my favorite right now.

A dear friend gifted me this print recently for my birthday, and it adds a bit of gorgeous to my life.

Too many to list.

Picasso, Aubrey Beardsley, and Louis Wain are just a few that I can name because I liked pieces enough to get a tattoo of them.

Van Gogh, Georgia O'Keefe (esp. her New Mexico period), R C Gorman, Royo, just to name a few.

I absolutely love Hieronymus Bosch. Love! Alex CF is another favorite. I'd love to own one of his pieces someday

Ooo, I love Bosch ! (adding to that, Dali, Magritte, Escher)

I have a print (The Garden of Earthly Delights), but I had to take everything down when we painted my room.

... maybe it's time to decorate again.

I really want to save up and get a copy of the Codex Seraphinianus, too.

Been a fan of M.C. Escher since before I could remember.

Mhmmm, agreed on M.C. Escher.
My idol is Osamu Tezuka (the guy who wrote Tetsuon Atom/Astro Boy n whatnot) His drawing style was anything but realistic- he was heavily inspired by Walt Disney and his art looks a lot like the old Disney cartoons- but he nonetheless wrote some dark stuff after Tetsuon Atom and his odd little characters actually added to the effects of the stories. And Gawd, could he write!! I don't wanna rant, so I'll just say read Song of Apollo. One of my favorite books, even if it is a comic XD
