That's a weird glitch I have no good explanation for. We add them as soon as the threads go live, and then anywhere between immediately and 24-48 hours later, they show up. There's no consistency on that, so it's nothing we can control.

But what would be stopping you guys from catching it on Monday if you missed the threads go up on the forums on Friday?

Besides the rumble/roundup threads, what else would you like to see there? I personally add the rumble/roundup threads and try to keep up with all of the club threads, but I know a few inevitably slip thru unfortunately.

Not that I can think of right now. I always go out of my way to find and read the round-ups, when possible. I especially like seeing which reviews get picked by certain users, since we can volunteer to write them now. But since the threads get lost easily, there have been a few I've missed recently...

I understand what the weekly round up is about, but I am confused as to the rumbles. Are there different ones like a review one and a video one? I have been here a long time and I still dont get it. All the voting things every week or every month need to be in one place instead of here and there. If they are in one place can you point me in that direction please?

Thing is you have to find the balance between being too easy that people answer right away and too hard that people loose interest in finding the answer. Not an easy task lol

oooh, i like that. especially as i have a processing disorder that makes stuff like that guess the picture game more difficult for me than for the avg person.

What if EF sent a weekly email with "important" threads for the week with links. Foe example, Roundup, Rumbles, etc. That way people won't miss them.

There are two different rumbles. There's the review rumble that Gary and I handle, and then there's the video review rumble that Kayla and Carrie Ann handle. The review rumble runs once a week, and the video rumble is closer to once a month.

There is a weekly review rumble, and there are intermittent video rumbles. All threads for the rumbles are in the Contest folder.

I always read it. I love to see all that ha happened during the week. I miss a lot of stuff, so that that is a good recap.

Honestly, I am not sure what could be done to get more folks to read/comment on it. It very well could be that some just don't care.

Hm, those are definitely ones I'm most interested in... But the "Weekly Buzz" Kayla's doing is awesome too. And of course Porn Club Discussions, CEC Meetings, and maybe throw in a workshop or two? And of course anything that's an official announcement from someone working for Eden.

That is why I get so confused. they are not happening at the same time and I think I already voted and end up missing them all together sometimes. I am a planner and it is very hard for me to keep up when it seems like it is inconsistent. Now that I realize there are 2 happening at different times I will pay more attention.

There's so much stuff going on at EF it really is hard to separate them all and figure out what's going on when. I really like the calendar but I think important threads should be stickied at the top of the forum or an email linking them.

again, i think that's a great idea. ofc, it should be a subscription option so that those not interested can opt out.

Yeah, the video rumbles occurring at random times is confusing. I almost feel like that should be based on nominations as well. The voting list is getting really, really long now.

Yes! Have I mentioned how amazing the calendar is??? I absolutely adore it and wish we had it sooner!

This! Also the Reviewers spotlight is the same. Sometimes reviews stay up for a long time, others are gone in a few days. Maybe it's just me.

Yes, very much agreed. They happen sporadically and then the viewing list of videos is VERY long and almost half of them are all from the same people somehow.

I love the calendar! I've been missing a lot lately cuz of spring break and baseball with the kids but at least I can see what and when I missed them lol
