I can't really see any notable differences between the two of these aside from that one comes with a faux-leather case. I tried putting them in comparison but that gave me even more of an impression that they are essentially the same. The Stockroom one has more reviews than the Kinklab one, too.

I would get the one with the sheath simply because you KNOW you have something to put it in to protect your other toys.

Get the sheath, for sure, makes life easier. You can get some cool ones out there though that have 5 or 7 wheels to them, and they are great fun.
