Depends on the toy you want. I have a bunch of stuff from strict leather and they make nice stuff at a decent price.

For floggers and whips I think local community and handmade is always best. People put a lot of care and attention into them.

Sinvention looks like it makes really nice stuff too. I have been saving up points to try out their pony hobbles. They look fun.
