I am looking for a whip that is not rubber. what type do you think would be the best for a person who only likes a little stinging pain?

I have the fur lined paddle and like that best out of your options. It is fur on one side and leather on the other. The fur muffles it to make it a thuddy dull smack. Of course, the leather side is quite stingy. It's nice beause you can alternate between mild thuds and stingy pain depending on your mood.
You don't have it listed here, but I love the Sensua Suede Whip by Lelo. It's gentle, but you can get a bit of a sting if you want. It's my favorite of the four I own.
I am really happy with my small collection of mildly stingy floggers/paddles. Besides the two mentioned above I have the fluffy flogger and the red rope flogger.

We have the fur slapper and absolutely love it.

i don't have one buy would go for the fur one or another similarly large one to distribute the hit over and area.
