While I do enjoy gags and blindfolds I am gonna have to go with whips here.
What tips the scale here is the fact that whips can be used not only for impact but also for teasing the skin as you pass it gently along the skin. Also some whips have handles that can also be used as a dildo..a very big plus in my book.
