Some people are happy using any restraint that does its job, but others tend to have a particular preference for a certain type of restraint, whether it be for reasons of aesthetics, versatility, or something else entirely. So, do you have a favorite type of restraint? If so, which one and why?

And I realize I'm not listing all possible sorts of restraints, so feel free to use that "other" option and tell us all about it!

I like the idea of using whatever's there at the time. So even tying with clothes would work for me.

I prefer cuffs. Tape and rope can be more of a hassle for me.

I like leather cuffs. I think they look nice and don't take a lot of prep work like rope does.

I like using ropes and mens ties as restraints. Cuffs are fun but they can be really painful.

Definitely whatever works. Cuffs and rope are both fun, depends on how much time I have to mess around before hand

I like leather/fur cuffs, personally... My boyfriend likes metal cuffs because of the pain they can give depending on how you lay on them or how tight they are, though.
