What do you prefer?

Really, it's not a question of what is better for bondage. These are all different types of bondage. If you're going for beginners bondage and you're just new to it, I would say Bondage Tape, Handcuffs (not plastic, because those will surely get broken) and as @Ryuson pointed out, sashes are a really great option. I don't think I would suggest rope for beginners to bondage, simply because there is so much to learn about circulation and anatomy, that rope can often be dangerous.

I personally prefer Handcuffs when it comes to me putting someone else into restraints, because frankly I suck with the tape. But for getting it put on myself, I don't care either way, I like them both!

I am kind of thinking of going with cuffs because I feel like it would be easier and I'm not entirely sure how serious my partner is about bondage so maybe it would be safest?

I'm a total rope slut. It just doesn't feel right if I'm not tied up
