The way I started out was really basic, just being tied to the bed and whipped with a belt. For me, that's probably the best way I could've been brought into this lifestyle

Probably tying up is the most common way. For others, it's handcuffs. Blindfolds can also be great. The real key is using anticipation to full effect.

Light bondage is how we are getting into it. Using rope to bind our bodies is amazing. Flogging is our new favorite along with being tied up while he uses our wand on me.

There are some great kits by SportSheets that are inexpensive and great for experimenting with.
