I voted for the locking collar only because I don't like the look of the lined collar and the locking collar has the ability to lock. Which means you can't escape the control of your master!

Thanks! I was thinking along the lines of most of you and leaning towards the locking collar cause of the ability to lock it but I was wondering if there really was any other differences in the two. Since I can't see them both in person I figured why not ask.

I like the locking collar better. It looks plenty comfortable and just generally better made. And of course, the locking feature can be a plus, depending on how you like to play.
