I just recently got the Spartacus Fleece Lined Blindfold, and didn't find it too hot, even during an extended scene.

I sweat less in leather than in faux-leather products but YMMV. If heat is known to be an issue for you (or your partner, whoever'll be wearing it) maybe keep a fan on - that's what we do sometimes when it's hot and we know we'll be playing, lol.
