Probably not. It's meant to hold up dildos, and a Fleshlight is a lot heavier than most dildos.

There's a product called the Spider Hands Free Masturbator, that is similar to a fleslight, but has a suction cup and a hinge so it can be held at different angles, and Fleshlight inserts fit inside it as well.
I haven't seen it for sale except at UK sites though.
