It depends what you want it for. We bought the Slim mostly for pegging use and it's great. The 'regular' (non-slim) would definitely be too big for that but would be fine for girl-girl play.

Depends on what the RECEIVER wants to have in them!!! I enjoy my Feeldoe for pegging, but ONLY go with slim, because we BOTH only use slim anal toys. Be warned, however, at least for me and two GF who own these, they DO NOT stay in alone (regardless of what the ad says). I used to use a pair of my hubbies "tighty whities" and put the "penis" part out the fly, but now have some really nice pegging harness panties. GF's use straps or G string sort of contraption to keep them inside. Either way, I still need SOMETHING on to hold this toy in me. Just be aware it may be the case with you too.

I like the look of the Realdoe feeldoe but it would depend on what my partner wanted. I can be somewhat flexible with size but some people aren't so I'd have to take that into consideration.
