I'm trying to think of something other than a collar to wear. I'm looking for something discreet, but masculine. It can't be too loose because of what he has to do for work. I want it to be something he can wear 24/7. Any ideas?

A wrist band or ring usually works, or restricting underwear to a specific color and/or material and/or style (i.e. red silk boxers or blue boxer briefs, etc..) How casual does he dress for work? If its construction casual (jeans, flannel, etc) a bandanna around his upper arm might work, or a watch you get him to signify a collar would also work for almost any type of work-dress code.

Living smack dab in the buckle of the Bible Belt, I have had to come up with ways to covertly keep my collar on but not something that people would ask too mahy questions about.

I have a Ring of Steel collar on order. If he can't wear jewelry that probably won't work. I like the belt idea!

I really like the belt idea - It shouldn't be too hard for find a customized buckle with your name on it, or something personal like that...

I've seen dom/sub couples use chainmail necklaces as collars, so they're discreet and fashionable. I've also seen them use fake dogtags or cutesy necklaces that didn't seem like collars at all.
