Are these the same thigh cuffs as in the Thigh and Wrist Cuff Set? I would like to snatch these up, but the complete set has been out of stock for awhile... I can make my own set, I guess I just want to know if they're the same.

From the looks of things they certainly do seem to be the same, the picture on the set just shows them being linked together and the picture of them alone shows them unhooked.

I believe they are the same, but just the thigh cuff for those of us adding to the collection
