What Roz said is really the only way without hooking something into the ceiling. Make sure you test the weight of who ever is being suspended...don't want them dropping and getting hurt. Remember SAFE sane and consensual.

Could you put an aditonal suport on your celing beams and ancher the riging system into that beam? Would this give enough suport for a less than 150 pd person?
