For the first time you might want to avoid Astroglide (the original one, anyway). It's quite runny and can be difficult to keep in place.

Make sure that your lube is compatible with his ass. Sounds funny, but it's serious - if he's sensitive to something play with be shut down really fast. Test your lube first on both yourself and him.

Look at thick lubes - Maximus is nice and thick, but it contains parabens. Probe Thick and Rich is one that I've had no problems with. Boy Butter seems like it would be nice for a long playtime, but something in it burns for me so I've never been able to evaluate it.

Congratulations on being open enough to try pegging. My wife loves it as much as I do. She pegs me about once a week.

Here are some things we enjoy. Our harness is called Buzz Me Tender. It has tw pouches for vibrators to stimulate your clitoris while you do him. We have several different dildos. We prefer silicone dildos. One word of caution-be careful that the dildo is not too large in diameter. For me 1.25 inch diameter is the maximum diameter that is comfortable for me, but even 7 inches long is fine. Two of our favorite dildos are Vibrating Mistress and Vibrating Leisure. Be sure to use lots and lots of lube. We like Wet Original. It is really erotic to see my wife wearing the strap on as she rubs lube on the dildo and talks dirty about her dick.

We use Maximus lube, but test yourselves first. I have both the Aslan Jaguar and the Spare Parts(jock) harnesses. Both are awesome, I originally had a cheap one from an sdult store, it wasn't stable and too damn much trouble that I was turned off by the whole experience.

The Silk Small is really too short for pegging. The Curve kit is better, as is a a la carte setup with a dildo such as the Vixen Smooth Operator.

i dont know if im pro yet. ive only done it with one guy and im still a little unstable. however he says im the best hes had with it. yay me. but i am looking to get better. different harnesses and dildos. but i wouldnt say pro.

I'm in between "For Spice" and "Pro". I've only ever done it with my husband, and he with me, so we have no one else to compare to...but we've been doing it for nearly 3 years. I'm still a bit nervous about potentially hurting him, but I've gained a lot more confidence than I initially had.

Now we're looking into finding a better dildo, since the one he picked out is a bit too large. I think once we find a better fit, we'll probably do it a lot more often than 2-3 times a month.

Look at some of the ones from Vixen. They're not as small around as the Small Silk, but the Smooth Operator is a pretty useful size.

I voted "Professional," though I would hardly label myself that, and here's why. Your definition of "professional" in your post, fits me perfectly. It is something that I have always wanted to try and I was elated when my boyfriend mentioned that he was interested in trying it a few months ago. My lover has always been open to the idea. I talk about it and he never tells me no. It's more of a "If you do it to me, I get to do it to you." I think that's actually pretty fair. He's taking one for the team (and is pretty sure he would enjoy it) so he can give it to me as my turn.
