I don't think having an anal "probe" on a double ended dildo will help you hold onto it without a harness. It might provide some stability, but I don't think the anus can really grip onto it, or certainly not for long. It would be better if it were designed more as a plug with a larger size differential between the plug and neck so it didn't slide out easily. As reference, I've used the pony end of the Realdoe anally and it stayed in fine.

I bet that would be AWESOME assuming it's the right shape/size for the person wearing it, but because people are so diverse I think it'd need to be more... adjustable(?) or have more options for shape/size

If it's attractive because you think it would be more secure than the feeldoe, I don't think it would be. I think you'd be better off using the feeldoe with a harness like the spareparts joque.
But if you like it because you enjoy dp stimulation, it might be a lot of fun. You would still probably have to use a harness for stability. As others have said, it'd be luck of the draw with your anatomy, unless it's flexible enough to adjust itself. And I'd definitely wait until somebody comes out with a non-porous version of this. Vixen, Tantus--are you getting this?

The material looks like a jelly-like substance on the black one... but I'd like to try it. The realistic one looks like it might be made out of silicone. I'd love to try it if it works with my anatomy. Just imagine as you're thrusting, it's rocking on the bulb in your vagina and pulling on the beads in your anus!! Really, you can McGyver one of these with a pair of anal beads tied to your feeldoe/nexus/whatever though!

We have the black one without the anal stim and it sucks. The vaginal part slips out, is cold, and there isn't enough usable length to enjoy thrusting. That toy is why I don't trust Fetish Fantasy.
