I'm in my 3rd trimester and was just going thru a book about bondage and was wondering what would be safe for me being so pregnant....
Is any form of bondage ok during pregnancy?

I feel that light spanking, light wrist restraints, and blindfolds/gags would be fine. Anything that involves pressure or contact with your belly should probably be avoided, even though the baby is in a safe, amniotic bubble. Technically almost everything 'should' be safe, but I feel like you should err on the side of what you feel comfortable with.

Being lightly restrained (being careful not to cut off blood supply/circulation to any part of your body) should be fine as long as you aren't a high risk pregnancy. I would not ever do forceful BDSM or anything to rough while pregnant though. Light flogging and all wouldn't be bad, I wouldn't think. Just be careful. Possibly consider running these questions by your Dr. to be totally on the safe side.

I agree with the others, but if you do use a gag, make sure it is a very breathable one. You want to make sure that your baby can get oxygen at all times.

great advice from everyone.
for comfort and possible safety, I would also, stay away from positions where you are putting pressure on your belly. Like being restrained stomach down on the bed.
any type of light play or sensual play should be fine. just as nonvanilla shared, watch that you don't have a lack of oxygen issue. Maybe a breathable mouth gag.
Also, talk to your doctor. I understand it may be a bit unsettling to talk about these desires with him or her. but honestly, they know what is best for you and your health.
good luck on your quest.
