Honestly, I have no idea what I'd wear for something like that. Leather is sexy, but would probably be too damn difficult to move around in or remove to be worth it.

I don't have a lot of fetishwear yet. Usually when I go to events I just wear a sexy cocktail dress and maybe some heels with it. At least where I live only about half of the people at the events wear leather and PVC so it's not like you don't fit in if you aren't wearing that.

I would like to find a cute leather mini skirt though.
