Who here has used a ballgag with air holes? Supposedly it makes play safer and less risk of trouble breathing. Has anyone here used one? Did it enhance or detract from the experience in some way?

I agree with Mia, they look like wiffle balls. When I use a gag on my wife, they do not have air holes, but I always keep a close eye on her, so there is no worry. I take good care of my little slave.

They are like whiffle balls. We have one. The only problem is because of the design they tend to dig into the corners of her mouth. We want to get a real one here soon but we'll see.
