Real or fake I like nice. They can be nice fake or nice real. I would rather see a little less nice natural than awful fake though. I think I would be distracted with fake that had lumpy lines or odd positions while moving around.

I personally don't like watching itty bitty titty women on porn. I don't like seeing enormous juggs that just look nasty either. I have implants and mine look natural. I like natural looking implants and women with natural full breasts on my porn.

I do think that obviously fake breasts are kind of icky looking, but I would hesitate to say that I prefer real breasts 100% of the time simply because I think there are plenty of legitimate reasons for breast augmentation. A lot of breast cancer survivors opt for implants to help them feel more comfortable, for example. I will always support a transwoman who chooses breast augmentation as part of her transition. As someone blessed with natural 32Ds, I know how big a role breasts can play in a woman's self-image. Breast deformities (e.g. tuberous breasts) are rare, but I would totally support someone who had that condition if she decided she wanted surgery.

Very good point! Yes, augmentation/reconstru ction certainly has significance in the real world with real women. In this case, the bigger point is what you find arousing in porn. Looks like all-natural is still the winner.

Noticably fake doesnt look good but most people cant tell natural from implants anyways. There is nothing wrong with it, it should just be done right.

Most of the time I can notice the really ugly scar. If they do it the way it's underneath it's just a turnoff.. I believe there is an other method that involves a scar around the nipples that's better it's not that conspicouos, but yet to have seen one in full HD at close range

The absolute worst is when an otherwise great pornstar gets her boobs done, and you notice that it only made her worse. Examples: Kara Mynor -> turned into Shawna Lene or something like that, an extraordinary girl turned into a regular below average porn star. Rebecca Linares got too big boobs too. Jenni Lee (Stephanie Sadorra) is good either way however. Only when she is in a weird position her boobs can get a bit weird, but I guess I'm the only one who noticed that..

Both in porn and in real life, keep it real. Breasts are supposed to sway, bounce, etc. Fake ones look fake.

Here's my order of preference:

Perfection:
Good big natural breasts
Good fake breasts
Good small natural breasts
Bad natural breasts
Bad fake breasts

So in my opinion, in each case, natural boobs are preferred, but good fake boobs are still better than bad natural boobs.

Interesting take on the discussion. So the follow-up question is: "what exactly is a 'bad' set of natural breasts?" We're assuming size is not the factor?

Agreed, my intent is that size is independent of the quality of the breasts. In my opinion, "bad" natural breasts can refer to especially saggy breasts, misshaped breasts (not round), or nipples pointing in odd directions. There are more possibilities, but those are some that come to mind now.

I don't mind seeing well done or natural looking fake boobs but in all honesty seeing natural breast make me feel better about my own. I have huge breast naturally I mean I am a genuine J cup and have breast fed my kids so even tho they aren't touching my knees they aren't up to my chin sitting directly on my chest either so seeing/knowing that not all breasts are perfectly high, rounded and hardly move make me more comfortable in my own skin.

NATURAL! I think breasts look jacked up if they're fake. I understand some surgeries though because I ALWAYS planned to have my boobs fixed since one's always been several sizes bigger, but when I turned old enough to get it done (only recently) my partner had convinced me there isn't anything wrong with them and that's how I started seeing them as not ugly and learned to accept them. FLAWS ARE PART OF WHAT MAKES A PERSON BEAUTIFUL!

I am a leg guy...so breasts are not that big a deal, but real or fake, all are fine, but I have to say that fake BASKETBALL size breasts that some porn stars have are turn off's to me.
