Age restrictions

You have to be 21 years or older to participate in Eden Affiliate Programs. This information is verified when you fill out the complete registration form for commissions payout.

Content restrictions

The following content is not allowed in our Eden Affiliate Program:

• Coupon sites
• Content promoting illegal activities
• Spam, fishing and malware

Copyright

All content on www.edenfantasys.com is copyrighted. You are allowed to use the content under the following Creative Commons Licenses:

•   Attribution. We let others copy, distribute, display, and perform our copyrighted work — and derivative works based upon it — but only if you give credit to www.edenfantasys.com.
•   Noncommercial. We let others copy, distribute, display, and perform our work — and derivative works based upon it — but for noncommercial purposes only except Eden Affiliate Programs commissions.
•   No Derivative Works. We let others copy, distribute, display, and perform only verbatim copies of your work, not derivative works based upon it. This is applied for images and graphics only. You are free to change texts in anyway you like it.

Termination

You can terminate account with us anytime. Please, email to partners@edenfantasys.com to request the termination and arrange the final payout of the commissions. If the commissions' amount is less than the minimal payout limit commissions some processing fees may apply.

We reserve our right to terminate your Affiliate Program account if we found aggressive attempts made by you to cheat, spam, or otherwise abuse the Eden Affiliate Programs or its community.
