Like a virgin Water-based lubricant

When I was notified I would be receiving the Like a Virgin package, I thought to my self "this should be interesting." Being 46 years old, having given birth, and being post hysterectomy (needless to say) all those muscles have stretched and relaxed. It would prove interesting to see if the gel helped immediately and if the Ben Wa balls helped over time. I was skeptical, especially about the gel but was anxious to try it out.The night that I received the package, I applied the gel without telling my husband. It gave me a tingling sensation but afterwards, when I asked him if he felt anything different, he said no. Other than the tingling sensation, I did not notice any tightness during intercourse. The tingling was a different and rather pleasant sensation. I had used other creams but did not have much success with them either.I tried the Ben Wa balls during the day when I was alone to see how they were going to feel and if they would encourage me to work the pelvic muscles. I had no problem holding them in and doing Kegel exercises but couldn't really feel any stimulating sensations. Later that night, my husband and I used them during intercourse. I couldn't really tell that they were there and husband said he could only feel them a little. The booklet that came with them suggested trying to place the Ben Wa balls in different areas and that is definitely something we will try in the future.I plan to continue to work with the Ben Wa balls though and see if over time they will strengthen my pelvic muscles. They are small but heavy enough to do the trick. Like with any exercise program, it takes commitment and a regular routine to get a positive outcome.Overall, I was moderately pleased with the Like a Virgin package. I think that over time, continual work with the Ben Wa balls, and working with the placement of the Ben Wa balls will help. Plus we will get more pleasure out of the kit after a couple weeks of working and practicing; something to look forward to! The velvety pouch was cute and a good way to store the Ben Wa balls when they are not in use.I would give the Like a Virgin kit 3 stars because I can see the effects of using the Ben Wa balls over a time period which will help in the long run.
