I am disabled, so I can’t hold myself in that position, but this restraint makes this position doable for me. I can easily buckle my thighs with a lot of extra room as a 2XL...It stays in place, even when you are moving around.

...this was comfortable to wear and did not dig into the skin or leave marks. I was also surprised that it distributed the pressure well, not putting any strain on the shoulders or neck... This spread my legs open nicely, resulting in a very vulnerable position...but also quite comfortable.
