So what is predicament bondage? Predicament bondage is a form of bondage where the bottom has a limited number of positions or choices. They are forced between choosing between these two options. Often switching back and forth between them. So you restrain them in such a way that they have to choose between option A and option B. Typically one option is muscle strain and the other option is something involving their genitals. Think of predicament bondage as choosing between a rock and a hard place. It is where you are given two choices, but neither choice is fun. This fits into both the B/D and D/S and S/M portions of BDSM. There is obviously bondage, normally the scenario excites both parties because they feel either very in control or very out of control, and then finally there is a pain aspect (normally) so sadism and masochism are a part of it as well. Predicament bondage is really based upon your imagination. If you can think of something and it's safe then you can do it. This article focuses mainly on scenarios you can do to your partner. I came up with all of these for myself so all of the scenarios involve a male. Some work for both sexes, but not all of them.
1. You lay your submissive on their stomach. You attach a collar around their neck. The collar is attached to an anal hook. 2. You start with one of your submissive’s feet on a stool. The other foot on the ground. You would then attach ankle cuffs to them. You then run a rope from one ankle cuff through a ball stretcher with a place for weights on the other ankle cuff. Then the predicament is either having to stand on one leg (muscles will begin to cramp) or standing on both legs with strain on the testicles.
3. You would put your submissive in suspension cuffs attached to the ceiling. You would then put something uncomfortable under their feet (so rice, or rocks, or people make pointy boards out of wood). Your submissive then has the option of either holding themselves up with the suspension cuffs or relaxing their arms and letting their weight onto whatever is under their feet. The choice is to either put strain on your shoulders holding yourself up, or put pressure on your feet from whatever is there.

If your submissive stays like that it puts strain on muscles. A variation would be to attach a ball stretcher to the spreader bar instead of nipple clamps.

So if the submissive is on their tiptoes there is slack in the gential/nipple line. If the submissive is not on their tiptoes then there is pressure on their genitals/nipples
8. So in this scenario your submissive's two options are either A stay on the vibrator (which would be especially bad after just having an orgasm) or pulling on the nipple clamps. This might work a bit better with a female. But I think you could position it either under your submissive’s testicles or potentially so that is touches the penis and you could get a similar result
9. You could have a buttplug or a dildo on a stick. You would place it just under your submissive’s anus while they are on their tip toes. If they sit down and relieve tension on their toes the toy would get inserted. This would work well especially with a slightly larger plug or dildo.
